A video was recently uploaded on the Facebook page SG Chinese Community which shows a man stealing women’s underwear in the middle of the night.

His actions were caught on CCTV and he was seen slowly choosing the type of underwear that he was interested in. He even felt the fabric before making his choice.
The incident was believed to have happened at Buona Vista.
