A man was caught on CCTV footage acting suspiciously outside a few flats and walking around along the walkway.
The incident purportedly happened at Tanglin Halt.
He was seen in the video appearing to be pressing a doorbell of a unit, before moving on to the next unit and placing his head in between the front gates and looking inside the unit.
He then appeared to be fiddling with the handle of the gate for a while.
In “part 2” of the video, the man was seen back at the same walkway again, this time with his hand on the handle of the gate and appears to be trying to open it.
He then moved on to the potted plants outside the unit and picked something up to get a closer look, before placing it back and pacing around suspiciously.
He then went back to fiddling around with the plants before leaving.
However, returned once again to peep into the units, and he appeared to have a keen interest in the middle unit.
