A man was caught red-handed trying to steal an e-bike, the owner happened to be at his E-bike when the situation happened.
He was seen with at least 3 e-bikes and a tool box.
The man continuously apologised and even tried to lie.
He claims he got the keys only to find out that the E-bike belongs to him.
The man was seen with multiple E-bikes
As the camera told him that a Police report has been made, his eyes became wide and fear to strike his heart.
He then suddenly changes his tune after hearing the words “report police”

The offence carries an imprisonment term of up to three years, a fine, or both.
