A series of photos emerged online showing a man caught on CCTV stealing shoes from a ground floor HDB unit along Marsiling Rise.
Facebook user Ezzati Khalil, posted screenshots from a CCTV recording showing the man holding on to one of the shoes in his hands, before reaching into a resident’s shoe rack for another.
The incident purportedly took place in the middle of the night along Marsiling Rise.
