The guy boarded the train at Bugis and alighted at Tanjong Pagar. During the journey, he took an upskirt photo of a student.
The incident happened earlier today (July 13) from around 4:45 PM – 5:13 PM. Our reader’s brother sent these photos and information to him via WhatsApp who witnessed the whole incident and he told that guy to delete the photo.
