Facebook page SG Dirty Fella shared a couple of photos, depicting a group of youths in the background,with one of them unmasked and talking to his friends, while another unmasked man in the foreground could be seen wiping his nose while using his mobile phone.

It is unclear who the persons are or why they are not wearing their masks.
