
34-year-old, Muhamad Idris Kairudin was charged on the 2nd of September 2020 sending upskirt images to a female traffic police officer and vulgarities to the public servant.
The defendant received a Whatsapp message from an officer to remind him of his outstanding traffic fines on May 29. Instead of complying, Idris replied the Whatsapp message with two indecent images of upskirt.
He also sends a text message to the female officer and insulted her. His text message as follows: “You crazy like p****y… So what if you are traffic police… kiss my b***s you want?”.
A report was filed against Idris and he was arrested 4 days late on the 3rd of June 2020. He is facing 1 charge under the Protection of Harassment Act of making insulting communication towards a public servant
Idris told the court that he intends to plead guilty and will be back in court on the 30 Sept 2020.
If convicted, he can be jailed for up to a year and/or fine $5,000
