According to a media release, a 52-year-old is charged on the 15 May 2020 for breaking two windows of his neighbour. This is because he was unhappy with the cigarette smell which is coming out from his neighbour apartment.

The incident happened on the 18 of Apr 2020, a woman was injured in the process as she was cut by the shattered glass from the broken windows. He is charged for his reckless act and causing hurt to others and charged for leaving his home without wearing a mask.
His actions have caused total damage of $400 to his neighbour. The pre-trial for his case will be on the 29 May 2020.
