Beware of this uncle in Telok Blangah Drive. My neighbour noticed him when he tried to chase a cat away with his leg aggresively.

My neighbour felt something was off as we have not seen him around the area before. They went down to see what he up to and caught him kicking another cat and when was confronted he said “I want to kill the cat”.
After much scoldings, they let him walked away because they do not have physical evidence to hold him back. We later found out that the this uncle apparently was caught abusing cat somewhere else. Please2 be vigilant and observant of our neighbourhood cats. Spotted: Blk 45 Telok Blangah Drive.
