Facebook page Tiagong posted a photo of a man climbing on top of an aircon compressor unit without any safety equipment.

It is unclear which floor of the HDB flat the man was on, or what that man is trying to do.
Preliminary assumptions are that the man is an Aircon Technician who was working on the compressor unit and judging by the reflections of the window behind him, we are assuming that he is rather high aloft the flat.
