A man was spotted in public refusing to wear a mask. He thinks he’s special and he was caught on multiple occasions for it but choose to ignore it.

Later I will be going to make a police report. Been telling him numerous time since “April 2020” still don’t wear, even my few months old puppies is already toilet trained.
