Happened a few hours ago, a man was buying mixed vegetable rice from a stall at JTC Chai Chee Industrial Estate (510 Chai Chee Lane) coffeeshop.

After buying his packet of rice and went back to consume it, he found out that there was a cigarette butt inside his packet of rice.
Judging from the photo itself he might have eaten a portion of the rice before finding out the ‘special ingredient’ inside his packet of food.
Apparently, the stall itself might be lacking in hygiene.
