A Singapore Uncensored reader has reached out to us after he encountered a sick man who refuses to keep his distance away from others and did not wear his mask properly.
The incident happened at Boon Lay Hawker Centre on the 16 Aug 2020 at around 1.30 PM.
He was told politely to keep his distance and to wear his mask properly, but instead, he said:
“I am rich and can afford the summon “
Here is the full story:
“I was dining at boon lay hawker & market. the queue built up and this guy was standing next to where I was eating. He has seen sneezing and light coughing.”
“I politely asked him to keep a distance away from my table and also to wear his mask properly. Instead of adjusting his mask to the correct position, he came to me and told me he is rich and can afford the summon. “
“Then ok lo, since he said that I took a picture of him. This is one of the reasons why community cases have been spreading unknowing. such an irresponsible and selfish person! “
