MAN FOUND COCKROACH LEGS AT YA KUN, NO REFUND GIVEN

I don’t usually post anything online but I feel the need to raise awareness so that nobody has to go through what I went through.

No refund was given and they offered to replace my ice coffee (?!)Reposting what I posted on Ya Kun Kaya Toast

I was at One Raffles Place (18/08/2021, 1:40pm) outlet and ordered a ice coffee.

While sipping on the drink, I found what seems like a cockroach leg in the drink (I pull that nasty thing out from my mouth).

I cannot imagine what kind of ingredients are blended together in the coffee.A very traumatising experience for me and the staff has already acknowledged the incident. Sharing this here so that nobody has to go through this again.
