In today’s fast-paced world, customer service plays a pivotal role in a business’s success. A seamless and efficient customer service experience can enhance a company’s reputation, while a poor one can lead to customer dissatisfaction and loss of trust. Unfortunately, the latter seems to be the case with United Overseas Bank (UOB), as numerous customers have voiced their frustrations regarding the bank’s customer service quality.

Horrible UOB customer service.You try calling their phone no & you will be on hold for 20 minutes .You give up & call again.After a few days, you managed to get thru. Then when the lady who cant speak proper English answer yr phone, she will say she is not in charge & will transfer u to another dept. Then you hold for 20 minutes & continue enjoying UOB music, then you cant get thru. You have to come back again after a few days. Then they cant solve yr problem.
I try emailing & also no replies after 3 reminders .
My email dated 24 Sept is still outstanding.

- Previously, I also experienced their “tai chi” approach. Transferred my call to another dept but still cannot assist or resolve my issues. In e end, e CSO conned me by making me go through verification process again. Of course, later no one will answer my call until I had to give up. Big disappointment!!!
