Facebook user Victor Tan shared how he visited Waterway Point with his wife and 16-month-old daughter on September 3 and ended up with injuries.

Tan was holding his baby daughter when he took a seat on the wooden sitting platforms, and the moment he sat down on it, the whole seat collapsed.
Tan reportedly received an 11cm-long cut on his leg and had abrasions on his back.
His shorts were also torn as a result of the incident,
Waterway Point has revealed that they attended to Tan after his accident and have been in touch with him to render further assistance.
