He was sentenced on 14 March to 12 weeks imprisonment for throwing hot porridge at a 66-year-old hawker.

Law was angry that the egg that he got in his porridge order was raw, and threw it at the victim, causing the victim to suffer 2nd-degree burns.

What happened?

Law was at Whampoa hawker center sometime in early 2020, when he ordered porridge with an egg to takeaway.

He then discovered that the egg that he got was raw, and he then told the hawker that he wanted it cooked.

The hawker then told him that he should have told her earlier, and Law then got unhappy because the porridge was for his son.

Law then removed the lid on the takeaway container, and there the hot porridge at the hawker; causing her to be scalded on her face, arm, and chest.

An eyewitness told Law to leave because he was scared that he would create more trouble, before telling the victim to call the police.
