A video was posted on the Facebook group Complaint Singapore which shows a man getting shot by police with a stun gun.

The man was shot by the stun and fell to the ground for a second before getting up to punch a police officer. The incident happened at esplanade.
He even had the energy to run away from the police while taking off his shirt after getting shot.
