It all started with a random night out with some of my friends. We had heard about this unusual pub in the Geylang area, and decided to check it out.
Little did I know that it would be the place where I would meet the love of my life.
The pub was unlike any other I had ever been to. It was filled with mostly Vietnamese hostess and the music was mostly Vietnamese pop music and old-school techno.
I felt a bit out of place at first, but the friendly vibe of the place and the warm welcome from the hostess made me feel at home.
As I was looking around, I noticed a beautiful woman sitting alone in one corner of the pub. We made eye contact and smiled at each other. I had never seen anyone so beautiful and I was instantly mesmerized. I made my way to her and introduced myself.
We talked for hours, and I quickly realized that she was not only stunning, but also very intelligent and witty.
We quickly became close friends and started spending more and more time together. We would go out every week. I found myself falling in love with her and eventually I asked her to marry me. To my surprise, she said “Yes” and we got married six months later!
It all started with a chance meeting at a Geylang pub. I never expected that one night out would lead to such a beautiful thing. I will forever be grateful for the pub and its welcoming atmosphere. It was the place that brought us together and changed my life forever.
We have been married for five years now and have two beautiful children. Our family is the most important thing in our lives and we cherish every moment we have together. We have been to the same pub a few times since our first visit, and every time we walk in, we can’t help but look back and smile at the memories we made that night.
It is amazing how one night can change your life. I am so grateful to have found the love of my life in such a unique place. I would suggest to anyone who is looking for the one to take a chance and go out to places you wouldn’t normally go. Who knows, you may just find the person of your dreams!
