Pictures of a man were recently uploaded on the Facebook page SGRV which shows him parking illegally at Jalan Besar.

It is believed that he parked on the double yellow like to withdraw cash from a nearby ATM machine.
When he came out of his car to draw money from the ATM, he did not even bother to wear his facemask at all.
