A man was discovered at Teck Whye Lane’s HDB unit in a pool of blood. Initially, passing by anyone would assume that is just another typical drunk man passing out at the void deck of the HDB.

Incident happened on the 31st July at approximately 2.20am. Luckily a man named Amir bothered to walk over and check on the guy’s condition, only to discovered that the man was injured.
Amir called for the ambulance and the man is not in stable condition thanks to Amir.
