Who else is 31 and in so much debt because of someone else?

Owing banks about $18k loan, and telco companies about $5k. The monthly income is $3k is not enough to survive without having nightmares. And all these just because you trusted the wrong people here and there.
Clearing bits by bits monthly, surviving on a less than $200 monthly allowance. But every now and then, it never feels enough to finish clearing. Seems like being in a loop.
What can I do? I’m already working full-time and part-time.
But still never seems to get better.

- Do debt consolidation and try to pay off ur telco
- Well you need to pay debt there is no shortcut unless you are dead.
