An Instagram user, @maddywongg, took to Instagram to appeal for eyewitnesses and/or dash cam footage of an accident that involved her brother-in-law.

The accident took place at Tampines Avenue 9 along Tampines North Drive 1, on 10 July at around 10.30pm to 11pm.
He was sent to the hospital for an emergency operation for his head injuries and is currently in critical condition in the ICU.
His family is appealing for any witnesses, video footage or information of the accident.
