A man was recently sentenced to jail after he uploaded videos clips of himself and his girlfriend and other women to an adult website.
32-year-old Thomas Cher Junxian pleaded guilty to:
- two charges of transmitting obscene objects
- 1 charge of voyeurism
- 1 charge of possessing or gaining access to voyeuristic recording
- 1 charge possessing obscene films
He was sentenced to 11 months in jail.
Background
Cher dated a girl he met on OkCupid and back in 2018, the girl was only 18 years old. reported Today News.
While they were engaging in “bedtime activities”, he recorded the act despite his girlfriend being uncomfortable with it.
It was not long before he uploaded it to the famous website known as “PH”. His girlfriend eventually found out about it and discover several videos of her in a compromising position.
She demanded Cher to remove the videos but he only changed to privacy setting of the video to private, eventually, the video spread like will fire to other adult sites.
A Police report was eventually made resulting in Cher’s arrest.
The Police eventually found upskirt videos on his devices and videos of himself doing it with other women.
