
Muhammad Khairul Ismail, 34, pleaded guilty for cheating and an unrelated charged of online betting.
He cheated his loanshark boss after he failed to complete harass his boss’s debtors but still collected payment from the loanshark.
He would chain the gates, take a video to send to the loan shark, then remove the chains. For the 2 charges he was jailed for 15 days for the offences committed.
His boss, who he only knew as Jacob would give him a job. The job involved locking up the gates of Lucas’ debtors, pasting a note on their doors, recording the acts, then sending the videos to Lucas as proof. He would then receive $100 to $120 for each job completed.
For cheating, he could have been jailed up to 10 years or fined, or punished with both.
