Soffiyan Hamzah was sentenced to 15 years old jail time after committing multiple offenses to minors which include sexual intercourse, grooming of minor and etc. Most of the victims were acquainted with him through his Facebook profile.
He even committed the deed with no protection risking the 15 boys to having the risk of getting infected. On one occasion with a 17-year-old boy he even took a video of the act.
Some of the victims were paid off $100 dollars for the act for letting him perform oral immorality. The incident came to light after a 15-year-old victim reported the incident to his school teacher.
Netizens are surprised that he was only sentenced to jail and there were no clear indications in media reports of him receiving the rotan.
