On the 9th May ‘2020 at Irving Road. At around 3plus a car knocks down a dog while the dog was crossing to the opposite side of the road.
The driver said he didn’t see him. Yet the driver pulls out the dog who was dying under his wheel to the roadside. (As shown)The driver did not bring him to the vet. Dog died shortly after the accident.
The dog is bigger in size than a 4 years old human child. What audacity does he have to make this claim?
