A netizen, Paul Ong, shared a story about how he left his wife’s parcel behind at a Wok Hey outlet at Northpoint City after buying food for her.
According to Mothership, Ong was afraid of incurring her wrath, the man then messaged the company on Facebook messenger and sought their help.
The company then replied him within seconds asking him to describe what the box looks like and confirming that it was left behind at the Northpoint City outlet.
They then did some checks and confirmed that it was indeed still there, being kept safe by the staff.
The netizen then commended Wok Hey and their staff for their excellent customer service – otherwise he would’ve went home to an angry wife.
Well done to Wok Hey for saving this man’s life!
