A video was recently uploaded on the Facebook page Beh Chia Lor which shows a man littering wet tissues onto the ground after using them to clean his car. It is believed that this is not the first time that he’s done something like that.

A resident in Jalan Bukit Merah says this driver has been seen multiple times cleaning his car with wet tissues then littering by throwing them on the ground everytime. Do you think for this kind of behaviour is it ok to close one eye or should it be punished?
