I remember the day like it was yesterday. I had just failed my final exams at university and my future felt like it had just imploded.
I felt like I had no hope and no idea how I was going to make it in life. I had no job prospects, no money, and no idea what to do and everyone around me is looked down at me.
But, despite my despair, I had one thing going for me – the determination to make something of my life and the belief that I could make it. I was determined to prove that it didn’t matter what degree you had or what school you went to – if you had the right drive and determination, you could do anything.
And so I set out on my journey. I applied for every job I could find, from retail to hospitality to office jobs. I was willing to take whatever I could get, and eventually, I found a job in a call centre.
It wasn’t glamorous, but it was a job and it paid the bills.
But I didn’t stop there.
I was determined to do more. I kept applying for jobs, and eventually, I found a job in the finance sector. Now, I was working in a job I was passionate about, and I was able to use my knowledge and experience to make a real difference.
I eventually started my own business and used what I learned in the finance sector to slowly build my passive income,
I stumbled across a great investment opportunity – buying a condo. I knew that real estate was a great investment, and I decided to take a chance. I bought my first condo, and from there I kept investing. Before I knew it, I had three condos and was managing them as a real estate investor.
Now, I am able to support myself and my family with the money I make from managing my real estate investments. I can stay home with my family and take care of my children. I don’t have to worry about a degree or a job, because I have the freedom to work on my own terms.
I am now living proof that you don’t need a degree to succeed in life. I may have failed university, but I haven’t failed at life. People often make the mistake of thinking that a degree is the only way to success, but that’s simply not true. There are plenty of other paths to success, and if you have the right drive and determination, you can make it.
I believe that a degree is important if you’re looking to work in a corporate job, but if that’s not your path, you don’t need one. Life is full of opportunities, and you just have to be willing to take a chance. You never know what’s around the corner, so keep an open mind and you could end up in a totally different place.
So, if you’re feeling lost and don’t know what to do, don’t worry. There’s hope and you can still make it. Take it from someone who knows – I failed university, but now I own three condos. Don’t let anyone tell you that you need a degree unless you’re working as a corporate slave. You can make it, no matter what.
