A man recently made a police report against Low Thia Khiang, Sylvia Lim , Pritam Singh & others for criminal breach of trust for Aljunied Hougang Town Council scandal. His posting was shared on the Facebook group Majulah Temasek. He goes on to stated that our government is of the few governments in the world that really take care and treat of all races fairly according to law.

“I made a polic e report on 8 Aug 2020 to investigate Low Thia Khiang, Sylvia Lim , Pritam Singh & others for criminal breach of trust for Aljunied Hougang Town Council scandal.
I know I will be investigated and charged in court if I made a baseless Police report.
My police report was made based on the judgement of Justice Kannan Ramesh on 11 OCT 2019 of AHTC Case: WP leaders Low Thia Khiang, Sylvia Lim engineered plan to ensure FMSS could be appointed without tender. I reported WP leaders for criminal breach of trust as to reference to City Harvest Church appeal judgement on April 2017 where all City Harvest Church appellants were still sent to jails though “NONE of the appellants particularly Eng Han, Ye Peng, John Lam, Serina and Sharon, could be said to have gained anything from what they did other than pursuing the objectives of City Harvest Church. Their fault lies in adopting the wrong means” said Judge of Appeal, Chao Hick Tin.
I respect the judgments of both Judges.
I came to the above Police report after trying to find out what is the actual of the accusations of Raeesah Khan who made this accusation “ Singapore jailed minorities mercilessly, harassed mosque leaders but let corrupt church leaders free”.
I would like to inform Reeasah Khan, The fact is all appellants of City Harvest Church did not gain monetarily for themselves or their friend but yet they were still sent to jails. This is what Justice Chao concluded when he explained the reasons of the sentences of the appellants were cut.
Those involved in City Harvest Church did not engineer to benefit their friend BUT those in AHTC scandal, engineered to benefit their friends. Low, Sylvia Lim & Pritam Singh are MPs. It is MP basic responsibilities to take care of Singaporeans and not the benefit their friends at the expense us as they paid their friend higher than the market price.
If only civil suit to recover the money. Next time all in public sector or private sector will try their luck to engineer the same as all knows the most is pay the damages. If fortunate and manage to escape, it will be a windfall in billions for big public project. This is what happened in many corrupt countries, you can see yourself whether you want to see the near ones or far ones up to you to choose.
If after Police investigation and no charges made. We respect attorney general decision as we follow law. BUT Attorney General need to explain the difference for both AHTC case and City Harvest case in the view of law as layman could not see it and may have doubts of the difference for both very big cases in Singapore.
We did understand due to special case we may need to award project without tender like due to urgency or other special situation or the amount too small to call a tender so by 2 quotes or 3 quotes BUT it is the intention and means within the law that matters.
Before I go, I would like to emphasize this point unless we are blind of pretend to be blind for our own agenda. This government is of the few governments in the world that really take care and treat of all races fairly according to law. All application for government help only look at your income, regardless of your religion or races. This government took concrete actions like setting up reserved presidential scheme for minority, GRC to ensure minority are represented. School curriculum to ensure our young generation are color blind. Whatever this government have done is to unite Singaporeans not like other countries their leaders purposely created hatred to gain political support by bullying the minority. We have to speak up the truth and be careful of those irresponsible in Singapore who created misinformation or create hatred by dividing us for their political gain.
I made this police report on 8 Aug one day before national day is a reminder to all. The pillars of our success : No tolerance of corrupt practice. Racial harmony is our pride.”
