A video surfaced on social media showing a man who was allegedly not wearing a mask, lying on the ground for reasons unbeknownst to us.

Security personnel could be seen speaking to him to get him to get up but to no avail, he just continued lying on the ground and waved them away.
It is unclear where the incident happened or who the guy was.
