Food panda becomes Rubbish Panda: This is what I received today from Chuan Wei Mala Hot Pot via food panda. Utterly disgusting bag of rubbish filled with used tissue paper, wrappers, other order slips and cockroaches.
Can’t even comprehend why the rider even picked up and deliver it. How unhygienic and unethical of them.
From my previous horrible incident when I received a mysterious bowl of black soup, someone commented it may be accidentally swapped with my order. Got it refunded and gave them a second chance today and this is the Mala I got today. Will never order from them anymore.
I advise everyone to share this to avoid getting themselves a bag of rubbish from them.
Unhygienic and weighs food with container weight
I’m a mala lover but this shop is disappointing.
1) Weighing method is obviously scamming customers. Container and all ingredients on weighing machine without tare weight. And staff keep pressing the machine until a receipt is out.
2) vegetables not washed. You can taste unwashed vegetables when they have a soil taste
Cockroach
Another netizen also bought the same brand of Mala from the Woodlands outlet and found an extra piece of protein. She could not find the Woodlands outlet for a Google review and leave the review at the Choa Chu Kang outlet.
