Disappointed with Texas Chicken.
I ordered dinner for Dec 6, 2022 through Texas chicken’s app. I set the delivery time to 6:45pm and when at 6:43pm, I opened the app to find that my order was rejected by the Yishun branch.
However, they charged my credit card!
After that I contacted them and they said they needed time to investigate, few days later when I contacted them again, they said the app malfunctioned and then needed to more time to verify payment in order to process the refund.
When I contacted them again on December 23, 2022, they said it would take 7 business days to process the refund.
Today is the 9th business day, which is more than a month since this happened. Back when I first contacted them, I already provided proof of bank debit and screenshots of their rejected order, I don’t understand on the basis of this evidence, does it still take more than a month to investigate and refund?
Now I haven’t received any refund.
