MAN POSES AS NINJA VAN TO SCAM VICTIMS TO PAY FOR ITEM THEY DID NOT ORDER

A Facebook user has shared his experience to warn other about an ongoing scam that happened to her grandma when he wasn’t at home.

According to his post, he had recieved a parcel that does not belong to him and his grandma was scammed for $59. It was said that the scammer will inform the victim that the mode of payment is cash on delivery (COD).

After knowing it was a scam, the user approached ninja van and was told that a refund was not guaranteed.

A police report was made in regards to the matter.

In his post:

“Hello Guys apparently the ninjavan scam is still ongoing. Apparently,I bought this item when I didn’t even order this parcel.Since I wasn’t at home,my grandma proceeded to pay $59 cod.I recently bought pc parts to build my new pc so beware of such scams everyone.Im planning to go write a police report soon. I contacted ninjavan and apparently a refund is not guaranteedUpdate:Made a police report,they said they would update me but that’s all “
