Im so sure it was our mistakes not yours and we apologise for the above issue.
Mr Bashir, sir, we are just typical MALAY satay seller, and we have been here running this family satay business for over 20 years here in D’rubinah Restaurant Sembawang, and here goes … Mr Bashir, we are not here to “CHEAT YOU”. Honestly sir, we’re Not to here to “TIPU you !” As you mention “Practice”??
We shall not! and never “practice” to cheat our customers.
We’re just a small little makeshift satay stall located at the back lane of the restaurant.
By the way Mr Bashir, you did spoke to my uncle Mr Azis by he counter about your past satay experience with other “Satay Vendors” too.. im sorry Mr Bashir, we not lucky to impress you, but tonight this issue happened to you again Mr Bashir, im truly sorry.
My Uncle Cik Mazlan was the griller tonight and I believe he with must have missed those 3 sticks satay due to our heavy orders a while ago. Our apologies for the above mistakes. Just to let you know, Mr Bashir, My apologies too for the shortages of your ordered satays.
Mr Bashir, please feel free to come by the shop anyday except Monday as we are Close on that day.
We shall settle this small little issue to replace your shortages made today and definetly sir, a token complementary satay from us here at SatayBros D’RUBINAH for you to dine in the restaurant or to take it back home. Again Mr Bashir, our most sincere apology.
