My father’s silvercab was being knocked by a gentleman shown in the picture wearing your company’s polo shirt on 18/12/2017. When my father came out of his taxi, the gentleman started to swear at my father and said “He hated all taxi drivers and they are the cause of traffic accidents”. This gentleman then followed to swear at my late grandmother with vulgarity which I do not wish to describe in details in this email.
The gentleman kept saying my father was in the wrong and caused this very accident. Honestly, with the video being captured in the taxi, it shown clearly this gentleman was at fault and caused the accident.
Personally, I do not know what is wrong being a taxi driver? My father has been a taxi driver for more than 40 over years and with this decent job, he supported my whole family including my late grandmother, my late mother whom was a dialysis patient and both my sister and I. With his humble earning, he supported my late mother through her dialysis treatment for 2 decades, ensured everyone in the family had sufficient to eat and both myself and sister had decent education till we graduated with our diplomas.Today, both my sister and I have a decent career in the medical and training industry.
My question is why should my father subjected to this gentleman’s verbal abuse and harassment when it was so obvious the latter was at fault? If my father is at fault, why should he sweared at my late grandmother too?
I hope your every organisation looks into this issue and give us an explanation of this very gentleman’s attitude.
