I’m a regular drinker and I’m sure many of you can relate to my story.
I’ve been a pub goer for many years, and I’m no stranger to the people who frequent the place.
Recently, I’ve started to notice something that I find quite alarming. It seems that 9 out of 10 of the pub girls I see are either single moms or have some kind of family problem.
It’s not just me who has noticed this – many of my friends have said the same thing. We’ve all come to the same conclusion – these pub girls are probably not in the best of situations.
I can’t help but feel for them when I see them. I mean, it’s not easy for anyone to be in a situation like that – especially when it comes to single mothers.
So what could be causing this?
I wish I had the answer, but unfortunately, I don’t. I can only speculate. Perhaps it has something to do with the economy or culture but who knows – it’s been struggling for some time now and many people are out of work.
Maybe these women are struggling to make ends meet and the pub is their only source of income.
Or maybe it’s something else entirely. Maybe it’s a sign that there’s something wrong with our society – that we don’t value family and relationships as much as we should. Whatever the cause, it’s a worrying trend that needs to be addressed.
One of my friends suggest that the reason is because of easy money and it do not require a lot of “brain” power to get a higher salary.
I’m sure there are many people out there who feel the same way I do. No one should have to resort to this kind of lifestyle, and I hope that something can be done to help these women. I’m sure many of us would be willing to lend a helping hand if we could.
At the end of the day, I’m just glad I’m able to be a regular at the pub and have a chance to talk with these women and get to know them. It’s made me realize that no matter what our circumstances, we all have the same basic needs and wants and that we should be more understanding towards each other.
So the next time you’re in a pub, take a look around and remember – 9 out of 10 of the women you see are probably single mothers or have family problems.
