They avoid eating anything that is high in fat or sugar and instead opt for healthier food options. This means that they are not getting enough of the nutrients that are essential for ‘neh neh’ growth.
My friend also said that the girls in Singapore are very conscious about their figure and they are not willing to compromise on their diet in order to get bigger ‘neh neh’.
They would rather stay slim and fit than anyhow eat to get bigger ‘neh neh’.
He also said that Singaporean girls tend to be very active and they take part in a lot of physical activities. This means that they are burning a lot of calories and not getting enough of the nutrients that their bodies need to grow their ‘neh neh’.
My friend believes that this is why the girls in Singapore usually have smaller ‘neh neh’ than girls from other countries.
He said that if they were to become less picky about their diet and start consuming more of the essential nutrients, then they would be able to grow bigger ‘neh neh’, instead of having ‘neh neh’ the size of ‘siew mai’.
I have to admit that his opinion did make a lot of sense. I have seen many girls in Singapore who are slim and have small ‘neh neh’.
It could be because they are picky about their food and not getting enough of the nutrients that their bodies need for their ‘neh neh’ to grow.
I guess the lesson here is that if you want to grow bigger ‘neh neh’, then you need to make sure that you are getting all the essential nutrients that your body needs.
Eating a balanced and healthy diet is essential if you want to reach your goals.
At the end of the day, it’s important to remember that everyone is different and that you should not compare yourself to anyone else.
Everyone’s body is unique and what works for someone else might not work for you.
So, it’s important to find out what works best for your body and stick to it.
