MAN SAYS TEAMMATE LIKE TO “SIAM” IN WORK, FROM BAD CULTURE TO LOUSY EMPLOYEES

Is it ever possible to have equal contributions in a group project?

Really tired of having to “carry” people, even if there are others who contribute a lot, there are always a few who can “siam” responsibilities because someone already did their part of the report.

The alternative is someone who does their part does it extremely poorly, so others must edit. Is it right for me to get upset if the work is low quality?

What if it’s because the person truly don’t know how to do (but is it my responsibility to teach them)? Been pretty fed up lately. I do a lot, and sometimes I critique other people’s work because I want the group assignment to be well done.

But I think I neglect people’s feelings sometimes when I comment on their work or debate with them during group meetings. How can I do better as a team player and how can I cope with people not contributing enough?

Here are what netizens think:

  • Bo bian you kena this kind of people, there is a reason why there are rich and poor people. Some people are meant to be poor when they grow up.
  • This kind of people go out work sure don’t make it one la sure become some sibei lousy employee and will never advance their career.
