Yesterday at family dinner, my uncle asked me about my career goals. I’m 26, working as junior property agent, and I said “When I grow up I want to be like Melvin Lim from PropertyLimBrothers.”
My aunt goes “Why him?” and I’m going on about the successful business, the viral marketing videos, built the company from nothing, damn inspiring.
Then my cousin ask what else I want to achieve and I said “I also want try in office lah.”
OBVIOUSLY I meant I also want to try doing it in the office. Like the thrill, you know? But like, NOT GET CAUGHT obviously. Keep it discreet, keep it professional-looking from outside.
