He was seen using a tote bag to hit the cats repeatedly, as well as slamming his shoe at the cats, one of which tried to escape but was caught and stuck in a plastic netting barrier.

The netizen who took the video, captioned it:

“This happened in Yishun and like he repeatedly beat the cat with his bag before this video was taken.
(this video was filmed by a 13-year-old)

It was at the block in front of Yishun Secondary, I saw this guy at the block there repeatedly beating and kicking the cat.

He was beating the cat with his bag and slippers also and when he left, I went to the cat and tried to comfort it.

The guy then came back and he started shouting at me and told me to leave the cat, and he didnt tell me why he was beating the cat.

He just said to leave the cat alone and then I walked away, and when I looked back, I see him still beating the cat.

He was repeatedly beating the cat with his bag before this video was taken, and this was recorded in December last year but I don’t know what’s the exact date & time.
