MAN SENTENCED TO JAIL AFTER BURNING 12 Y.O BOY WITH CIGARETTE!!!

Peh Kheng 63-year-old part-time security guard has been sentenced to 8 months jail after burning a 12-year-old boy with his cigarette.

Before the incident occur, Peh Kheng was consuming alcohol since 10 am and got drunk by 6.30pm.

The incident occurred last year in November at Lengkok Bahru located near Bukit Merah Secondary school. Peh Kheng was in a drunkard state when he attacked the boy. He assumed that the boy was the one screaming at the void deck.

He pressed his lit cigarette against the boy’s neck and walked away. The police were alerted after the boy went home and informed his mother.
