A fire broke out outside the neighbourhood police post at Block 105 Towner Road in Boon Keng on March 13 at around 11pm.

A 31-year-old man was arrested on Friday night, at least a squad of police with riffles was spotted.
Bideos and photos are circulating.
The man that was arrested appears to have red fluid which possibly be blood flowing down his shirtless body.
A resident in the area said that the man might be cutting himself.
