The incident happened on the 1st May 2020, the Singaporean men was cycling and smoking at the same time.
Two women shouted at him and told him said made racist comments.
Here is the Police Report.
“On 01/05/2020 at about 0315hrs, I was cycling at Blk 471A Yishun. I had taken oh my T shirt and mask as I Was Cycling and smoking. I understand it to be allowed. “
