A a resident in Segar has filmed a video claiming that the man in the video was shouting and hitting the kids in public. However, the actions of the man were not caught on video.

But the attention of the video has turned to the man throwing his cigarette butt into the drain. The incident happened at Segar Block 471.
Littering is Under the Environmental Public Health Act, anyone who is found guilty of littering can be fine up to S$2,000 for a first conviction.
