
According to a Facebook post, Francis Soh was charged in court after he boasted on social media that he is having an illegal gathering.
In his post he said:
“After a long long long long super long day… We are having illegal gathering.. So What? Enjoy the food to the max”
In the post there were 5 people and a full table of food.
After his post went viral on STOMP
He messages STOMP and said:
“I would like to lodge a report in regards that someone trying to invade my privacy on my Facebook and post to stomp and smear my reputation without any of my permission. This causes me alot of inconvenience esoecially my famitv me members and relative are also involve in this incident. “

A 38-year-old male Singapore Citizen, Soh Seng Chye Francis, was charged in court on 8 May 2020 for an offence under Section 34(7) of the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, after allegedly contravening Regulation 6 of the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Control Order) Regulations 2020, which prohibits social gatherings during the circuit breaker period.
He will be in court on the 20th May to plead guilty.
