The man was seen walking casually on the first lane of the expressway. It seems like he decided to have his morning exercise in on the expressway instead of going to the park.
As we all know, Cars on the expressway are travelling at high speed. The man selfish and irresponsible act might become a hazard to the road users which could be dangerous.
