“On 11/11/24. Near blk 185A woodlands street 13, I was at Seng Siong when I heard shouting coming from nearby. I went upstairs to investigate.
As I approached, I witnessed a group of people involved in a fight, with one man lying on the floor. I saw one of the individuals st*b the man on the ground. The group then fled the scene, and as they did, they noticed me observing.
At that moment, I noticed two women who appeared to be with the injured man. They were panicking and trying to find help.”
