A woman (presumably his wife) was seen with him in the video as she tried to stop him and pull him away but to no avail.

The resident who was inside the flat was seen shouting “what is happening?”

The man then replied (with a colourful vocabulary of vulgarities): “Don’t need to ask what is going on, just come out! *inserts Hokkien vulgarity*”

Unsure what he’s angry about

Throughout the entirety of the video, the man was seen shouting vulgarities at the neighbours but he refused to explain what for.

One of the residents inside the flat who was filming them was seen saying that he was going to post the video online to “make him famous”.

It is unclear where exactly the incident took place.

Potential penalties

Under Chapter 268 of the Penal Code, a person is guilty of the offence of public nuisance if he/she performs any act that causes injury, danger or annoyance to the public or to the person who is occupying a property in the vicinity.

Persons found guilty of this offence are liable to a fine of up to $1,000.
